Sunday January 5th 2014 is the date for the first trial of the year in our centre at Denfurlong farm Chedworth GL54 4NQ
This is now a traditional blow the cobwebs easy trial to start the season, aimed at clubman, sportsman and beginner level riders.
There will be a standard route which will be to normal clubman level, a sportsman route which will be very simple and easy for beginners, occasional riders, trail bikes and anybody on any bike, and a 50/50 route for regular sportsman/novice riders. Twin shock and Pre65 riders are as always most welcome and will find a route to match there skills.
3 laps of 13 sections is being planned with all section manned by the clubs loyal (ageing) band of observers This trial is usually very popular, and the signing on becomes chaotic, the club will continue to offer entry on the day but to speed up this process, riders can pre-enter by sending entry forms and money to Sammy Wilson as on the regs, There will be a separate quick queue to sign on and get your numbers if you pre-enter.
Or print a copy off and bring it with you to save time, also remember to sorted out your ACU affiliation before hand if possible! There will be ACU forms available and ref numbers issued if necessary but please come early as this take time to sort out, it would be much easier all-round to sort this out with your usual club before hand, just ring the club secretary for ref number then do it on-line direct to ACU.
2014 Club membership is £5 and includes a discount at all our trials for the year, entry fee for the trial is £15----so you pay £20 for the days ride!! The farm cafe will be open for breakfasts
